I met Rose on a morning of February 2016 while she was handing out flyers in the gated community of Park Side Green in Corona where my wife, 1 year old son and I use to live. I recognized Rose as she had recently helped one of my neighbors sell their home and find their dream home in South Corona near Temescal Canyon. Rose handed me one of her flyers with her information on it and told me to call them if I wanted to see what I could possibly get for my home as the prices had drastically increased in the community since my wife and I had purchased the home three years prior. To make a long story short, Rose and Jesse never pressured us to do anything. My wife talked to me and wanted to see what opportunities were out there. My wife really wanted to move to Eastvale. Rose and Jesse made it happen. They sold our home for the highest price a home had sold in our community at that time and found our dream home in Eastvale to grow our family. During the process of selling and buying in March 2016, we had a planned vacation and were out of the country for 3 weeks. Rose worked diligently with my wife via emails to get forms filled out and to constantly update us on what was going on. When we returned back from our vacation, it was basically a done deal. Rose and Jesse had made the selling and buying process so smooth and stress free. Rose and Jesse are now like family to us. They still keep in touch and my son loves them to death.
